The problem it solves
On digital platforms income is most often lost not through the work itself but through an upload nobody noticed. Beyond the official recording there may be dozens of uploads: live takes, compilations, channels opened under different spellings.
Finding these by hand means searching for each work separately and noting the results somewhere. MEDUSA Rights runs that scan in bulk and hands you a table you can actually work on.
How it works
Build a work list
You select the priority works from your catalogue and gather them into a list.
Run the scan
Candidate videos are found for each work; matching is built from the title, the channel name and the credits in the description.
Read the confidence level
Every result is labelled high, medium or flag. Videos with a weak signal but high view counts are surfaced separately — that is the case most easily missed.
Export to Excel
You download the list and carry out the check on the collecting society’s side under your own authority. You mark the ones you have handled, and they do not come back on the next scan.

What it does not do
Knowing the limits of a tool matters as much as knowing its capabilities.
- It does not connect automatically to any external system and takes no action on your behalf. The check is done by you, under your own authority.
- It does not remove videos, file claims or open disputes.
- It does not decide whether a match is correct; it gives you a confidence level and leaves the judgement to you.
